Here is our story
We are a group of Transition Year students from Moyne Community School, located north county Longford. After becoming aware of the hazards posed to small children, we decided to create a safety device. We all sat down together and tried to come up with a good enterprise idea. We did brainstorming activities. We also wrote down our hobbies and interests hoping to find a link.
We then came up with the idea of producing a safety device that would hold the cord of the window blind out of the reach of children. We decided that the product should not have to be permanently attached to the wall. We also had to decide what material the safety product should be made from. In a couple of weeks we had our cord up business up and running with the help of Mr Padraig Doherty. For more information on the materials used to make this product click Here.
